enclosed shelters

There are 19 enclosed shelters, and each one is an insulated, climate-controlled with AC/heat, large open room (approximately 200 sq ft), with a maximum site occupancy of 6 people.  Tents may be set up outside the shelter if some in your party want the outdoor camping environment.

 

The shelters have two beds (one full and one twin, linens not provided), counter space, electrical outlets, water, picnic table, fire pit with 4 chairs, smoker style charcoal grill and great views of the water. 

Waterfront Shelters #2-7 each have their own private pier.  The piers are only for shelter guests and provide convenient access to Lake Tawakoni for fishing, boating and swimming.
